What this regulation does

Minnesota law named for Amara Strande prohibiting intentionally added PFAS in 11 product categories: cookware, cosmetics, dental floss, fabric treatments, juvenile products, menstruation products, cleaning products, carpets and rugs, upholstered furniture, ski wax, and certain food packaging. All intentionally added PFAS prohibited in all products by January 1, 2032.
